Great for a garage gym. I went with the 3/4. Whenever putting down any mats on concrete you’ll want to have a professional to blow or do some type of sealing from moisture. Anything will mold on the bottom w/o a good seal on the floor from moisture. Sealing the flooring and these mats are worth the money for a home gym. They are heavy. Arrives rolled up and wrapped in plastic. I leave them laid out for a week while having 20lbs barbells each corner to flatten them out. Very high quality product. I bought the 3/8” thick 4’x6’ to place on my tow bar cargo box. It was easy to trim to size and work with. I know it will reduce movement and noise of items being carried.
