I was looking at many places to find a rubber mat with decent shipping costs. And this product was a good match. Typically stores like tractor supply co or rural king carry similar rubber mats for really cheap but if you don't have one nearby you are kind of out of luck. I use this mat for jumping rope and it works well for that purpose. Compared to the crappy foam yoga mats, the rope bounces less on rubber so you don't have to jump as high. The best value size is the 3/8" 3'x4' mat, it's a lot cheaper than the 1/2". The mat is very sturdy too, it weighs around 24 pounds ... show more

I cut these mats to fit my outdoor dog kennel nurseries. They are so great, since the adult dogs can't dig or grab onto these for chewing. They had started to dig and chew up the plywood floor, but these stayed in place and were not inviting as chewables. They also insulate the floor in the bitter MN cold. The whelping pads stick better to stay in place for housing the puppies. I even scrubbed them with bleach after the litter was gone. ... show more

Great for a garage gym. I went with the 3/4. Whenever putting down any mats on concrete you’ll want to have a professional to blow or do some type of sealing from moisture. Anything will mold on the bottom w/o a good seal on the floor from moisture. Sealing the flooring and these mats are worth the money for a home gym. They are heavy. Arrives rolled up and wrapped in plastic. I leave them laid out for a week while having 20lbs barbells each corner to flatten them out.
