I tried several different brands when Neutrogena stopped making/providing their oil free lotion. This Amazon basic is the closest I found. It's moisture level is good, it gives my face a soft feel after washing and help protect from oiliness. It's not oily but it does moisturize. It lasts till the next day. My elderly skin feels soft and smooth immediately. I'm surprised because it works better than other moderately priced brands and as well as the outrageously expensive stuff. There is no fragrance.
