I have many cooking shows on DVD <> ATK and CC are among the best when used for ideas and when not taken too seriously. Too many mmmmmm's when tasting. Pepin is better I think especially his fast food my way series.

I love the main person's personality and the way he backs what he does with science. You can watch the video and record the ingredients. Then you can go to the store by the ingredients. At last you can watch the video and cook along with the show.
