I remember having a garbage copy of Scream 1 on VHS when it first came out. Everyone was tickled about this horror movie because it seemed to be the first decent one since the Nightmare on Elm Street series. Got that whole series of movies too. But Scream was a treat, a breath of fresh air at that time. I was sad to see a lot of the characters get killed off as the movies played out. A lot of them had charisma. The movies are great, they play fine. Regular HD, nothing special. But there are no subtitle options on any of the 3 movies. You can play them in French or English, but you can’t read the words. If you sometimes have trouble hearing what’s being said (Like I do), this is important information. I probably wouldn’t have purchased the movies had I known there weren’t subtitles, but if that doesn’t bother you, then you can’t beat the price. Guess you get what you pay for. ... show more
