This is blank (no holes pre-routed for spindles) vinyl rail. I am using it for a project unrelated to fencing and this is hard to find as it is not carried by any of the big box stores in my area. For those who may be interested, this is true 2" by 3 1/2" rail, the measured dimensions of the rail I received were 2.0" +/- a few thousands for the 2 inch dimension and slightly undersized at 3.475" for the 3 1/2" dimension. You can be reasonably sure that this will be compatible with brackets/accessories rated for 2" by 3 1/2" rail from other vendors. Rail was well-packed and arrived ahead of schedule. Waaaaaaaaaay to expensive; you can get a whole 6-8 fenced section with posts, rails, pickets, for that. These rails are about a 13-15$ Each MAX value.
