We used this straw roof thatch to create a decorative "Hut" on our pontoon boat. A small 2X4 foot table is in the center of the boat, and the thatched roof is directly above the table. We got lots of compliments even before we put four Tiki lights (LED) on the four corners of the boat. The thatching is a necessary feature for us, as it enhances our Tiki theme. No other boats on our lake routinely get applause when they pass another boat, or a honk their horn at a group on the shore.

Looks awesome. We have it on the roof line in full sun. We get lots of compliments from boaters. It goes perfectly with all the margaritas! It looks well made. I don’t know how you would cut it if you needed it shorter. The birds try to pick at it with little success! It’s tied great.
