I ordered this table along with the Strathwood Gibranta bench and chair set, also available frorm amazon.com. The 'matching' Stathmore table was considerably more expensive than this table. The color of this table is slightly less red than the Strathwood set but it is very close and I doubt anyone would notice. For the price, especially with included 2-day delivery (Amazon Prime), you cannot beat this value. The table looks great, is easy to assemble, and is made well. I was very impressed with the quality of the shipping packaging - it would take some pretty abusive treatment for it to have arrived damaged! The quality of this table is impressive. I would be very surprised if it didn't hold up well for several years. It is not quite as good as the ones you'd pay 4x the price - but pretty darn close. There are a few rough spots that you cannot see but I could feel if I run my fingers across it. No big deal as I plan on sanding and oiling it every several months. Assembly took about 30 minutes (including unpacking and clean-up). The only thing you need to do is attach the four legs with two bolts per leg with the included allen wrench. If you have a small socket wrench with an allen attachment, the process will go much faster and you'll save your fingers as the bolts require some serious torque to get seated properly. I am hopeful that I'll get a few to several years of use out of this table/set. Anything beyond 2 years is very good value. If they last 4+ years, it's a steal! **UPDATE JULY 2014** The table is holding up well. The color has remained fairly consistent and has not turned grey like teak. The wood has not warped. The only sign of wear is a bit of minor splintering on one of the edges. I believe a bit of sanding should remedy this. The table was outside all winter and was exposed to quite a bit of snow here in the Northeast. I still rate this as excellent value. **UPDATE JULY 2017** The table is still going strong. The color had turned a very dark brown and looked very "weathered". I sanded it and applied teak oil this past weekend. The sanding did not bring out the original bronze color like when I sand my teak dining set. It is still brownish-red with some dark, almost black, spots. A few of the planks have warped slightly - but not noticeably. The table has been exposed to all weather elements in the Northeast (never covered or stored inside) and has held up both structurally and aesthetically.

We just got this table delivered yesterday to us. First, the box arrived looking like it had seen better days. It had tears in it, was frayed at the openings. When we pulled the table out we found a missing piece of wood on the underbody of the table, a piece chipped off. Second, on one side of the table the wood is splintered. One of boards on the top is jagged on the side all the way down, not smooth. Lastly, the coloring (stain) of the table isn't consistent. Some parts are lighter or darker than others and on the underside it doesn't even looked stained. I guess this goes to say that if you buy cheap, you get cheap. Not a good buy. I'm calling today to return the table.

I ordered this item with cautious optimism as I had wanted teak but it was a little pricey for my budget. The eucalyptus is very attractive and the pieces were nicely constructed and not difficult to assemble. I ordered 4 pieces in total as a grouping and it took my spouse and I about 2 hours to assemble all. All required bolts and pegs as well as an Allen wrench were included. Pay attention to the sequencing of assembly and consider wearing gloves to protect your hands. Well packaged with additional reinforcement around the edges of the carton. Packing tape also had fiber reinforcement. Well done and very pleased that there was no damage. After assembly we sat down and enjoyed ourselves...very comfortable to sit in and a wonderful replacement for the well worn cedar pieces we had for forever!

Very nice table, pics were accurate, matches other eucalyptus furniture we have. Assembles easy (better to use an allan bit in a cordless drill/screwgun than the hand tool provided- much faster. Good quality. Not sure if it was necessary, but we coated with tongue oil because it's outside. easy.

Table is very good. Nice looking and robust. Packaging was poor. First table received had gouge in it and packaging was torn. No internal 'safety zone' in packaging - surface of table protected only by single layer of cardboard. Amazon replaced table and second one was in better (still marred) shape.

I love the table. - Pros: The weight and finish of the wood are great. - Cons: MAJOR issue (took away two full stars): If you get the screws wrong the first time (e.g. force them in the holes), then the leg becomes chronically unstable. Eventually this could cause it to break much sooner than it should. I recommend the table and I would buy it again, but the screws issue is very very frustrating.
