Read the whole label! I bought GROUND COFFEE !

I’ve ordered Amazon’s whole-bean so many times I failed the read the look-alike label, and will probably give one or two bags away. (A 3 bag purchase) We haven’t purchased ground coffee for over 20 years…..and it’s not returnable. I already have 3 unopened whole bean bags, plus half of another. No Am
azon’s fault…..my-bad! Don’t become complacent when routinely ordering. I told my wife, if something looks too good to be true, it probably is not true…..the $9+ price for 2 pounds grabbed me. Anyway….enjoy.

Not bad! But pretty standard.

To my admittedly unsnobbish palate, this is just a basic coffee for me. Useful in daily percolation, and blends pretty well with flavor syrups. Medium body. It says a little nutty, but I don't really catch it -- blame my still indiscriminate taste buds. It tastes like...coffee. But it was a good pric
e for a big bag, and I thought I'd give it a shot after trying a few other brands available at Costco, which were a touch too bitter. Way better, though, than the green mermaid company where I find they burn all of their beans. Ultimately, Donut Café neither delighted nor offended me, and sometimes that's what you need at the crack of dawn -- standard Joe.

Much better then expected

After reading some of the reviews I expected to be drinking mud. I got this one since it was on sale for a very good price. Strong coffee. Good caffeine buzz. Mild tasting. No acidic aftertaste. Great price for value no sacrifice on quality. Sad it's not organic but oh well.

I'm very happy with this coffee

When I opened the shipping package, the aroma of the coffee was wonderful. Then I followed the directions and made 4 cups in my Bunn coffeemaker. It tasted every bit as good as it's aroma portended. I'm sold on this product.

Fine replacement to Folgers medium roast.

The available sizes and $/oz on Folgers kept bouncing around. And if I was able to subscribe one month, it may not be available for the next shipment. This stuff tastes fine, and as an Amazon Basic, packaging & supply is more controlled by Amazon.
