This is a good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for an affordable price. It has a good clean taste and I use it for cooking and in dressings/marinades. It is not too grassy tasting and I feel like it is good quality. It is also much more affordable than some EVOO you might find at the grocery store.

This oil was more flavorful and versatile than expected. It has a nice balance of flavor but not overpowering. It has a golden color and heats evenly and quickly. I use this for baking. It does not overwhelm the flavor of the baked goods and makes everything so moist. I also use it for stovetop cooking.seasons a pan perfectly.
