These boots are a great buy for the price! I usually buy leather or suede shoes/boots, but I must say you would be hard pressed to tell that these are not real suede. Great look, comfortable (they even have a little padding on material for warmth), and great price! I bought the black size 8.5. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and have a pretty narrow foot. I'm glad I went with the 8.5, fits good, a little roomy in width for me but I can wear a heavier sock. I would say they run a generous medium in width.

I had no idea what to expect from generic Amazon boots but wow! Like almost every review said, they really are great quality cute boots. I paid $21 for them on a deal which makes them even better, considering they are comparable to some others i own that were $60-70+. Very comfortable too! Nice squishy pad on the sole. Very roomy, even with my wide feet. My feet measure 11 inches heel to toe which usually puts me at an 11-11.5-12 in shoes and the widest part of my foot is 10” around. I got the 12 and they feel roomy yet comfortable. Short heel makes walking easy. Only complaint is that the hard heel is a bit slippery on smooth floors, not to badly tho. Will definitely be ordering more Amazon essentials shoes!

I am so happy that I looked at the reviews about the size of the shoe. It does run larger than other boots. I ordered 8 and a half. I normally wear a nine. It is a very comfortable boot. It is a great buy for the money! The color is a rich brown.
