I bought these sandals last summer thinking they were a great deal for the price. They’re comfortable, cute, and pair surprisingly well with just about any outfit. But this summer, these bad boys were put to the ultimate test. I climbed El Boquerón in El Salvador, tackled the Petra del Diablo, and explored the ruins of Tazumal—all while wearing these sandals. And let me tell you, even my husband was impressed. 😂 In my defense, I had absolutely no idea where our adventures were going to take us. I thought we were going sightseeing, not auditioning for Survivor: Sandal Edition. Yet somehow, these sandals handled it all. Rocks, climbs, uneven terrain, miles of exploring—you name it. And after all that abuse, they came home intact and still wearable. Honestly, I expected a good pair of everyday sandals. I am always on the hunt for cute and comfy sandals and these fit the bill. I wore these around NYC for a whole day on only my second wear and they were great! The ankle strap was a bit snug on my string ankles but has loosened some with wear. The toe strap is a bit strange looking in placement because it covers the pinky toes but that’s not make or break for me. 10.5 wide worked perfectly for me. These shoes are so comfortable and cute! Well made as far as I can tell. They will go with everything. I sized down half a size because sometimes these type of shoes run big on me and really glad I did. I’m normally a 6 and bought a 5.5.
