I bought the wide version of my normal size and they fit very well. (And I definitely don’t have wide feet - at all) Not a lot of support, but also not terrible. The heel isn’t too high and the bottoms are soft enough that they don’t clunk-clunk everywhere. I washed pleasantly surprised and pleased with these.

I absolutely love these boots. The heel is a perfect height. They are really pretty. AND they fit my fat calves! Not super comfortable to walk in for long periods of time if you're a bigger girly, but so cute to have on for a few hours. They are made well and have lasted a long time for me with signs of wear.
