I got this dress in two colours and I love them both! The size XS fits more like a small and is super comfortable. I’m 5 ft 3 and around 120 pounds for reference. These are pregnancy friendly and will fit me well into the third trimester. The material is 95% viscose which explains why it’s so light and airy. These dresses are pretty and perfect for summer. You can dress them up with some wedge heels or even pair them with sneakers. I was concerned they’d be see-through cause they’re not lined and the fabric isn’t thick but they’re not. If I hold the fabric up to the light then I can see through it but when wearing it there’s no problem. Panty lines do show through slightly and if you’re like me and wear thongs then you may get a wedgie (I don’t know a better term for that lol). I enjoy wearing them both and plan to get more! Edit: so I got more and I find the printed designs mask panty lines way better so I prefer those. Also I find that seamless undies are best under these dresses since the fabric is so thin. ... show more

I have the long version of this dress and love it so I wanted to try at least one color in the short version for summer. I do love it, but on my 3X frame it is SO short. More than 3" above my knee short. So short that in my mid-forties, I don't feel comfortable wearing it out of the house and forget bending at the waist. The other thing to note is that the neckline does stretch out and can gap on some people. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it. The material is a cotton blend making it breathable and lightweight. I can wear it as it is as a casual dress, but with the right accessories and shoes, this could certainly be a little more dressed up. The fit is perfect. I'm 5'4" and 38 DD for reference. The hem is right above my knees and the girls are adequately covered. The elastic is at my natural waist so the fit is very flattering.     • great travel dress - sizes vary wildly
I love this little dress. It doesn't wrinkle, it is super comfortable, it can be dressed up or down and is great for travel. I launder in cold water and hang to dry and it has held up very well with no pilling. I love it so much that when I spilled bleach on it, I immediately ordered a replacement. I got a size XS both times. The size difference between the two dresses is very noticeable. At least two inches in length difference, and about an inch on each side in width. This worked out for me because I am petite and was having to wear a camisole under the larger version to stay decently covered and the new one fits much smaller. Luckily, even though it is a couple inches shorter it is not too short. The first hit my knees. So it really looks like a completely different dress on. Both cuts are flattering. I am only sharing this review to say that you might want to order a few in your size and see which fit the best. Clearly, for less than $20, what is getting sacrificed is attention to size detail. Since it is often hard to find inexpensive petite sizes, I'm considering this a feature, not a bug. Likewise, if you often wish for a little more room or length without going up a size, it might be worth trying a multiple item order. ... show more
