Very cute and comfortable shoes. They’re not super formal due to the material and up close the material can look a little cheap. But they’re comfortable and easy to walk in. Sizing and fit is accurate.

I was a little nervous about ordering shoes online. Sometimes the sizing is off, the pictures are highly touched up and what you get doesn't match visually. I was so happy that this was everything that was promised. First up, they're true to size. I wear an 8, and these are a true 8. The heel is very stocky and you feel secure when standing or walking. The platform is a nice rise so there's no strain on the ankle. There's even a bit of cushion built in so you don't hit a solid chunk of shoe. The bottoms have rubber grips so they're not slippery like the leather-soled shoes. There's a stretchy bit of fabric in the ankle strap so if you don't want to fasten/unfasten it all the time, you can just slip them on. The snake print is very glam looking and it'll work with all sorts of colors, black, white, gray, beige, silver, gold, red, blue, etc. It's a very casual and yet dress-up occasion shoe.

My wife and I have purchased a lot of plain clothes from Amazon Essentials in the past year, and we've both been really happy with them overall. These shoes are perfect for her. They fit true to size (she's consistently a size 6 with almost all brands and types of shoes), they are inexpensive as they're currently listed under $40, and we both honestly think they can be worn at full on formal events. They look elegant even up close and she said they're the most comfortable heels she could wear. Breathable with an open toe, wide base so you won't slip, and a reinforcement of the ankle. 5/5. Don't bother overspending on other similar heels. Highly recommended!

This pair of Amazon Essentials Platform Heeled Sandals is just as nice as I was hoping it would be. The color is a deep, saturated black, and the material has a nice soft feel to it. I like the solid, square heel, which is not so high when you factor in the platform of the toe. The buckle is also solid, with two metal buckle holders on each shoe (I will note that the strap is a bit snug going into the buckle holder). I am looking forward to wearing these platform sandals for a good while.

I ordered size 8 black and they fit true to size. These look very cute, feel sturdy, and will be easy to walk on once I scuff up the bottoms a little (just a tad slippery like pretty much all high heels are). The straps are great and provide a lot of support for the hefty base while still looking very cute. The only reason I docked a star is because the suede layer over the back of one of the heels is mishapened. About a pencil eraser-sized area does not have the suede material over it- like it didn't get stretched and glued down to that portion. It is so inconspicuous though that I hesitated to dock a star, but it is an imperfection nonetheless. Still, I like these shoes enough that I would buy another color!

As a size 12-13 wide foot, it's really hard for me to find good shoes that look nice. I ordered the 12s and they fit really well. I'll need to stretch them a little bit but not very much because I have wide feet. But I really like them! The wide heel makes them more comfortable and doesn't feel like I'm going to twist my ankle in these.

I struggle to find comfortable heels with a decent height so a platform is my friend. These Amazon Essentials Women's Platform Heel Sandals are great. The height is comfortable enough to walk in for long periods, and the color is great. The toe area is big enough to accommodate a wider foot, and I really appreciate the attention to detail on the shoe. The clasp area is beautiful with silver accents. Seriously can't believe these are from the Amazon Essentials brand- they are really making some wonderful staple pieces. Great shoe at an unbelievable price. Winner!
