As a Female Veteran I know the importance of great fitting Combat boots. We didn’t have the zipper, THAT would have been a plus! These are awesome. Comfortable from the first time I put them on. I’m 73 and knew these would look great with pants or skirts. WHO KNEW our combat boots we wore during Vietnam would be popular. They were comfortable back then! We would practically live in them. They are just amazing today too. I’m getting compliments about how great they look. For me the comfort is the important thing. And style is important too. If you had told all of us serving that one day our combat boots would be stylin’ we would have died laughing. Yet, here I am buying two black pair and a brown pair!!!

I had these boots for like a yr. They are cute, comfortable, and fit as expected. However, I'm really disappointed in how easily they scuffed. I typically used them for very low intensity activities (aka shopping, walking to a store, photo session, etc). Well, one day I was hanging with friends and we decided to do a human pyramid on tightly woven carpet - I was at the base. I didn't realize til later that day that it caused some color on the toe of the boot to rub off - on both boots. The spots are now peach. So, they're basically unwearable except at night or in dark settings where ppl won't notice :/ Sad.

I had a pair of black boots just like these and wore them out over the course of 15 years or so. I searched on Amazon and found these... They are exact same boots. They are affordable. They are black so they go with almost anything and they work with both casual and business clothing. They are not too thin to wear in the cold weather when there isn't snow accumulation and they are not too thick to wear in the spring and fall. I like the height - they keep my feet dry on wet days. It is a great price point for something I use so often and for so long. I am excited to have found the same boots again that I will probably be wearing for another 15 years.

Did not need to break them in, was able to wear them around on the day they arrived. No uncomfortable rubbing on my toes or heels. Was looking for a comfortable, durable walking ankle boot, and this worked out. Hits about an inch and a half above my ankles. I wear a 5.5, and have a narrow foot, and these fit just right.

These boots are very nice quality for the price and the length of the shoes is perfectly sized. However, I have wide feet and these boots did not fit me. I saw some mixed reviews of people saying they were great for wide feet and others saying they weren’t, so I don’t know if there is a manufacturing difference sometimes or what?
