I have been searching for underwear that is cute and comfortable like VS bikini style, but not as expensive per pair. I'm so glad I gave these a try! They're not as soft as VS cotton but still very soft. I absolutely recommend these! They fit very well, have some stretch, feel well made, etc. ** Whatever size you are in VS, SIZE UP! ** I listened to other reviews' suggestions to size up, and they're correct! I'm normally a Medium in VS, but I got a Large in these and can tell a Medium would have been too tight. For reference: I'm 5'2 and can fit VS Medium when I'm anywhere from 135-155 pounds. I'm wearing these Amazon Essentials in Large around 155. I'd probably want to size up again if I gained 10 pounds. ... show more

Provides full coverage of the back side without riding up or looking like “grannie panties”. Cute patterns. They seem fairly durable…first package had one pair that frayed on the edges and kept getting snagged in the washer. Otherwise, wash and hold up well.. Just bought a 2nd package.

Fits perfect, got a large. 5'4 about 150lbs (with a butt) so if anyones concerned it won't fit, for me, they were perfect! I'm always leary because you can't try on underwear and they almost always never fit me so I was very pleased with this purchase. With a few tweaks, these have become a favorite in the undies drawer. I usually wear a M which I ordered first. But the elastic around the waist (and some of the leg openings) seemed way too tight. I don’t have a flat or flabby belly - just in-between. So, I ordered a set in L. These are perfect, except a couple of the pairs have a bit too much elastic in the leg opening. This is NOT a deal breaker, and I do have pretty slim legs. This, I can fix on my sewing machine in a few minutes. But they wash and dry nicely with little to no shrinkage. The material is a good weight - not too thick or thin, and a soft cotton. I have worn cotton bikini undies from GAP for years, but they seem to want to roll down sometimes because of where they land on my abdomen. This won’t happen with these because there is just a scootch more height. I have donated the first set of M’s to a friend who also gave them RAVE reviews, and another friend has purchased them with “I love them!” comments. So, I highly recommend, but you may want to size up one size unless you enjoy the elastic very snug - which is obviously a personal choice either way. I’ll be getting more colors soon.
