I was strolling on the internet when I came across the button down black and white shirt. I like a bargain so I purchased the shirt in a medium. I like the shirt the chest fits nicely but the arms are tight. I needed some dress down clothing and the shirt will work with my blue jeans; white or black pants or a skirt. I haven't worn or washed the shirt yet. The price was right so I couldn't pass up a sale. The shirt is light weight and can be used to layer with a tee shirt or a sweater. This is a nice basic shirt for work or school, please note it is cotton material - so it will wrinkle. Even in the package it was slightly wrinkled - so if you want a crisp shirt, you’ll have to use a heavy spray starch. The pink color is true to the photo, and I love a good pink or peach on almost anyone. It is a standard shirt so it’s long enough to tuck in. I went with a medium and it fits great. I got black and white check on great deal of under $10. I’m 5’4” 153 36DDD and it’s perfect. Be realistic. You will need to iron. But it’s very well made. I bought two others at full price which is still a great value

The black/white checked shirt is really great…to a point. I was very surprised the fabric pattern is actually woven (the same on both sides) not printed on one side which is so often the case these days. But for less than $10? Unheard of. The other interesting thing is they matched all the checks on the side seams and other areas. Overall, the shirt is very well made and well sewn together. Now to the part you may not like. Another reviewer stated the sleeves were too long and tight in the upper arms. In defense, the description does state the arms will be “skinny”. And such is the case with the shirt I ordered (XL). It fits everywhere else but the upper arms are very snug. Not so tight to prevent wearing but definitely won’t be making any sudden moves or reaching overhead. I won’t return because otherwise the shirt is good and the price point was excellent. If the sleeves become an issue I’ll cut them off and turn it into sleeveless.
