These fit just like the photo shows. They are unusual in that the elastic is exposed. The fabric is folded over at the waist and legs, and the elastic is just sewn on top. The elastic is a clear, stretchy, strip. Unfortunately, this cuts into the fronts of my legs and is uncomfortable.
