This ankle boot looks good. The suede is nice. Comfort is a 9 out of 10. The first time I wore them was for 9 hours and my feet did not hurt. They were a bit wide for me at the ankle.

I used the Try Before You Buy program to try three sizes of this boot. Unfortunately, non of them will work for me. I tried a 6, 6.5 and 7 in these boots, because I know that sizes can vary in any shoe, and I really wanted to get the best fit. All three sizes were very stiff, and hard on the inside soles; so definitely not cushioned. All three sizes also were very loose in the heel area. I think if they were more comfortable, they *might* work if you have smaller heels and wear thicker socks or get an isert for the heel area. The 6.5 fit me the best, but that heel issue, even with thicker socks, was still an issue for me. But the overall comfort was not there. I have foot issue, having had surgery on both my feet in the past, and I need something with a lot of cushion. These did not have it. I sent them all back and I'm trying Tom's booties now, which seem to work better for me. ... show more
