I had been looking for a basic boot to add to my wardrobe. I had gotten the brown boots of the same style and loved them. They fit my wide foot, are comfortable for the entire day of teaching on my feet, and are the perfect heel height. My only issue with these (and the brown ones I bought) are that the heel caps come off so easy! Unfortunately, I lost the heel cap to these black ones which stinks because they can’t really be warm with out it (especially in snowy NY where the shoe cavity will fill with snow!)

They are cute and not too uncomfortable. It was a little still in my heel. But what bothers me is that they are so squeaky when I walk, whether I walk fast or slow. People know I’m coming haha.

I will start by saying that I wish there was a size between 7.5 and 8. I originally bought the 7.5 which is what I normally wear in shoes and they were definitely too small. I ended up ordering a half size up, so 8, and they fit much better, if not a little on the bigger side. While I wish there was a size in the middle, I am definitely happier with the 8 and will be keeping them. Added bonus is that they are big enough to wear thicker socks with, BUT even if I don't, the booties are comfortable to walk in and I don't have to worry about them falling off my feet are rubbing my feet too much. With all that being said, I LOVE THESE BOOTIES!! These are exactly what I was looking for (basic, brownish red booties, with a tapered, more feminine toe and low heal)! These booties are super comfortable and easy to walk in, while also being stylish and versatile. I also love that the shaft is ankle height, but just tall enough that I don't have to wear no-show socks with them (I can wear normal socks)! So excited to wear these starting in the fall and at work!
