I loved the pendant but unfortunately, the heart started to discolor. I tried to see if it would get better but it looked as though the finished was off in an area going across the heart. Very disappointed because I was telling many people about it but the heart was very bad. Can the heart be finished if I send it back for repair? This necklace is so pretty. I purchased it for my daughter to wear on her 1st communion day and it's just perfect. An adult might find this to be a little too small for their liking, but for an 8 year-old, it couldn't be better. Customer service through Amazon Prime was also stellar. EVERY necklace I buy on Amazon turns my neck green. They say sterling silver but they can't be. This is so embarrassing as I gave my daughter this necklace, AND HER NECK TURNED GREEN. The chain turned a blackish color. I want a real .925 chain but can't trust Amazon. This is crap jewerly!!!
