It's a pretty piece of jewelry for the money, however, when I opened the box, the chain was not secured and was hanging loosely. It was all tangled up and had a knot in it. I was able to get it untangled, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get the knot out and that will definitely take away from the beauty of the necklace.
