I use them as dresses in the summer so I get them big for me. I got 6x and they are worth it. If you need it as a shirt, no shame, they’ll hold up and are pretty decent. The size is accurate. It was very soft and didn’t shrink in the washer. Also a lot of air flow so not heavy. I want to wear it for the rest of my life. I am 5’6” and 230 lbs for reference. I don’t wear t-shirts much, but will probably never buy anything else. Gotta love the 100% cotton (why would anyone buy anything else)? Very comfortable and great fit. Sizing is probably pretty standard. I’m 6’2”, 215 lbs, and the Xl was perfect.
