I'll admit my closet looks a little bit like I have an addiction to hoodies. I have purchased 5 of these in various colors. I wear them at work and during the odd winter/spring transitions that happen in the PNW where weather is predictably unpredictable. These are really quality with a lined hood, solid zipper and solid stitching. I love the lighter weight. It's just right over a tee shirt and doesn't get too hot. It is a men's cut but I am a plus size woman with a 52" chest and I have struggled to find quality plus clothing that is as practical, affordable and well made as many men's clothing options, so here we are. I applaud Amazon for offering such options. As far as it being a men's cut I have not found it to be too long in the torso or the arms and likewise have not had issues with too much fabric bunching under the arms. The "red" color I am reviewing is actually more of a coral pink and works great with a lot of spring outfits. I would recommend these to anyone and hope Amazon continues to offer them. ... show more

    • inconsistent fit with different colors of the same size
quality is high - fabric is supple, stitching is clean, high-quality YKK zippers. Fit in certain colors is where this loses a star: strangely, the aqua blue small fits great, the light grey small fits noticeable tighter and I've stopped wearing it - too bad I missed the return window on that one. Imo, crucial to a good front-zip hoody is 1. a zipper that isn't significantly stiffer than the body fabric so you don't get the 'wave effect' down the front if rides up and 2. Waistband elastic that is loose-enough it doesn't want to ride-up with only slight upper body movement. This hoody is good, but not excellent in both of these areas (the zipper with this lightweight fabric could be a little more flexible) ... show more

So, I bought this thing due to the COVID stay at home order. I realized I didn't own a hoodie, and I'd given away most of my warm and machine washable jackets to my nieces and nephews when they came over and were chilly. I was spending a lot more time at home, and didn't need to dress up for work anymore. So I ordered this sweatshirt in both yellow and dark blue so I would have something to wear in the garden when it was cool in the mornings. And I love this thing. I get a ton of compliments on the color, and honestly it makes me feel happy when I wear it. The pockets are good, the fleece is nice, and it's held up in the wash. It does that annoying zipper front hoodie thing which makes me look like I have a spare spare tire, but whatever. Happens with all hoodies (which is why I didn't own one I remembered.) I am female, 5'3" and 135# and the men's small worked well for me. My partner is male, 6'0" and 175#, and I ordered him the same sweatshirt in Teal/Large and it was too short on him, but he has a really long torso. The color was very fun though. I would recommend this, and my friends have bought them. Also, I think it would work really well for adhering Cricut’s t-shirt vinyl onto - I've used other sweatshirts in the past, and these would be better I believe. I got this at the same time as another one listed as Amazon Essentials, except it's listing was just plain "full zip". This one (in black) is very thin, very coarse inside. The other one I got is heavier, soft inside, and seemingly nicer quality. Neither from Madagascar, this one was lavender Malaysia, the other Vietnam. ... show more
