I am 6' 230, 30 inch inseam and the XL size is really comfy for me. When I first put them on the fit was not good around the butt and they seemed to ride a bit low on the back, but after wearing them for just a few hours they stretched nicely and molded to my body shape. I find them really comfy for lounging, and great for walking as well. I have found them to be comfortable inside at 68 degrees, and outside at freezing temps while walking. They seem to breathe very nicely, yet provide a nice warm feeling in cool temps. In more severe cold you could layer them under something else, like rain or ski pants. I bought medium brown and navy and like the colors very much. Cannot speak to longevity, but for the price, so far so good. They work well as pj's. The only nitpick is I wish the drawstring was a stretch cord. I added a YKK drawstring spring button, and that allows me to adjust the tension around my waist fairly quickly; better than having to tie a bow knot.

I bought the light gray color in size medium which is a dingy white hue rather than a pleasant dove,light gray. They are close to true to size, but if you are in between sizes, you might want to size up. I have 3 pairs of the goodthreads jogger sweats, which ran large. I fit a medium in those, but definitely don't size down in these, I needed a large, which is my normal size, so the medium size I ordered are too tight around my waist. Enjoy the softness of these sweats while they are new. I have never owned a pair of sweats that kept that soft feel, and don't expect these will. These are a medium weight sweat pant. There are slash pockets that are deep that run along the side seams. The pockets stay in place. These are excellent sweatpants for the sale price.

My teen son is all about the Nike. Really! But not every piece of clothing can be name brand on my income! So imagine my surprise when he wears these pants ALL the time. Washes well without shrinking, and got softer after 1st wash. Nice material, warm without being too thick. This is our 2nd pair (since he's growing), and both pairs lasted long without looking worn and was a go-to for colder days.

Let me open with I am a middle aged female. I saw the blue and thought I’ll just try these. I ordered by waist size. The fit is perfect. Like a pair of slim tapered jeans with elastic at the bottom. So I ordered 4 more pairs. Super comfortable. Deep pockets. Worth the money.

So the Amazon page said "medium" is my best size. I'm 6'1", 180lbs. 34" waist. 34" inseam. The reviews all had people my size getting the "large". I went with the reviews. These are short by inches. If they shrink, even more. The waist is waaay big, as is the seat. There's almost no useful elastic in the waist. I know they're not supposed to be tight, but not this loose. I assume the medium would have shorter legs. If you're maybe 200-210lbs, 32" inseam, these would probably fit. These seem well made, but the fit is off. They're going back.
