I am 6’ and 210 lbs. and I normally wear 38x30 pants in jeans or Carhart style work pants. I noticed several reviews stating that these pants were cut long so I ordered 38x29 and I’m glad I paid attention to the other reviews. The length is about perfect at 29. The waist is about right , a little loose but I wouldn’t want to drop a size. Good pants for the price and I will buy more. ... show more

Fooled me once was bad enough, but fooling me more than once is on me. The first pair of Amazon Essentials trousers I bought fit perfectly, so I trusted them and ordered another pair, however I had to get that pair altered before I could wear them. The next pair I ordered the same thing, this last pair a repeat. Though the label said 36-32, the legs were so long I had to have them altered. I've learned not to trust Amazon sizing, 4th time was enough. Also I ordered pants I thought were supposed to be olive, these were closer to a true green. the first pair I ordered were Navy, but after a short while had faded to look like faded jeans. I love that these come in odd lengths; I'm have a 33" inseam, and pants in my length are rare. The pants look good and seem well constructed, they fit me well. However, the pockets are shallow and I've almost lost keys, my space pen, pocket knife.... If the pockets were deeper this would be a 5 star, and I'd buy more. Alas, no. 4 stars, but I won't buy again. ... show more
