I ordered size 13. I received size 13 they fit well. I had difficulty putting them on because of the style. The advertisement says they are machine wash. Under no circumstances should you ever wash these in a machine! These are inexpensive shoes with the appropriate quality.

I've wanted a nice dress boot for a bit but didn't want order one for a while, but when I saw this I liked the look of it enough that I had to give it a try. The boot looks amazing, super professional and very nice quality, I can't wait to wear it to an actual formal event! One "con" I'll say is that it can be pretty hard to actually get on/around your heel, but that might just be how it is with boots of this style where there's no shoelaces or anything, so I didn't take away any stars for that. I did manage to get it on after a minute or so of prying and after I got it around my heel it was immediately super comfortable and I really liked it. One thing I don't love about this is that it doesn't really breathe very well, I always wear super breathable tennis shoes, so even after 5 minutes of wearing this when I took it off I noticed my foot felt ever so slightly damp from being in the shoe with no airflow. Not a major issue since almost all dress shoes will probably have a similar issue, just something I wanted to mention. Overall I love this shoe and give it a 10/10, definitely recommend. It's very good looking, looks and feels very high quality, fits very well (once you get it around your heel), and I really like everything about it.
