I bought these because my engagement ring is .75 karats and I foolishly assumed that for a total weight of 1.50 karats, each earring would be roughly the same size as my solitaire. No such luck. These earrings are WAY smaller. I am very disappointed and certainly would not have purchased them had I realized that the 1.50 number given was a vague approximation of the actual size of the stones. It was NOT a good experience. The piece of paper that came with them said that they were more like 1.60 karats. Not fair! If that is the size that they are, then tell the customer that UP FRONT.
