This is a nice necklace. I wouldn't use it for everyday wear because it's plated, but the plating is convincing enough that it doesn't look fake or tacky. It doesn't tangle in my hair (BIG plus). Most importantly, I have eczema and really sensitive skin (especially with nickel). I wore this all day and it didn't make me itch. If there was nickel anywhere near my skin (even hair accessories with nickel cause me terrible rash), I would immediately start burning and turning red. Whatever this is, it's either really well plated or doesn't contain any irritating metals, because my skin is happy so far. If the playing wears off that may change, but for the price I think this is a nice piece of costume jewelry. ... show more
