The media could not be loaded. Chain was NOT either 20” or 30” as advertised! It was only the standard short 18”! Furthermore, the very first time we started to put the necklace on, the chain broke!     • Bigger than I thought
The locket was bigger than what I read in the reviews, but no complaints. It was kind of hard to get the plastic cover from inside the locket out, but I was able to remove it with a needle. Very beautiful and exactly what I have been looking for. Came faster than expected!
