Good supplement, fair price. B vitamins help with energy and if you have been lacking and take these consistently surely you will notice a difference, I find this supplement to be very effective and am a repeat purchaser. They are fairly large gelatin capsules, smooth in texture, easy to swallow with a drink and no taste or aftertaste. There is a very "vitamin-like" smell with this supplement, as is common with most b supplements, but it is not difficult to deal with. Great quality with minimal taste for an energy boost! They do still smell like a vitamin but thats because they’re tablets. We like them and will buy more. They’re an inexpensive option that we really like.

I've been taking these B-Complex vitamins for a while, and the Amazon Elements brand tends to be a good budget-friendly choice. The capsules are tasteless and have no smell, and the list of B-related vitamins looks to be pretty comprehensive. After my doctor recommended I add vitamin supplements to my diet, I've found that in general I feel better and have more energy. Absorption is good, although I generally prefer to take these capsules right before a meal to make it easier on my GI tract. My only critique is that the price bounces around quite a bit from "extremely good value" to "hmm...", and that's with me getting these on a subscription plan here. For the future, I might watch for lower or sale prices, then just stock up. ... show more

Nothing beats B vitamins for health and strengthening

I'm not an expert, I'm not a pharmacist, and I haven't studied medicine, chemistry, or biology. But, based on other brands I've used, I perceive that this Amazon product is deficient. Maybe I'm wrong. The thing is, when using other brands, or rather: using B complex produced by other companies, after consuming it, I've felt the blood start to circulate throughout my face. I feel my face burning a little (because a lot of blood is reaching my head or face). That has happened to me when consuming B complex from other brands. Also, when urinating, I notice the smell of the vitamin, and I see the yellowish (almost fluorescent) color in the urine. None of that happens when I consume this vitamin distributed by Amazon (Amazon Essential/Element brand). Even so, I know that when consuming this Amazon brand, I am consuming real B complex. Because I usually take it when my immune system is weak, and these Amazon B complex pills help me strengthen it. I perceive that too. And it's not a placebo effect. I know it!
