    • Good made product.
Size: 65 count (Pack of 1)
Good value for the money. Amazon elements are a good choice for your vitamins. Good product and made well. No problem with digestibility and no issues with side effects for me.

    • Effective B Complex - You will feel the difference!
Size: 65 count (Pack of 1)
Good supplement, fair price. B vitamins help with energy and if you have been lacking and take these consistently surely you will notice a difference, I find this supplement to be very effective and am a repeat purchaser. They are fairly large gelatin capsules, smooth in texture, easy to swallow with a drink and no taste or aftertaste. There is a very "vitamin-like" smell with this supplement, as is common with most b supplements, but it is not difficult to deal with. The supplement comes out of the bottle easily and is not sticky at all. ... show more

    • Good stuff and a good energy boost!
Size: 65 count (Pack of 1)
Go to B complex. I did my research a few years ago and this was the best b complex I could find. Gives a good energy boost starting about an hour or so after taking it. It’s now on subscription.

I use several of the Amazon Elements products and I think they’re just as good as the big brands. Better in fact because they cost less the the bigger brands. I have no problem with swallowing these, as they’re of an average size.

    • In my opinion: it's not as strong or concentrated as other brands.
Size: 65 count (Pack of 1)
I'm not an expert, I'm not a pharmacist, and I haven't studied medicine, chemistry, or biology. But, based on other brands I've used, I perceive that this Amazon product is deficient. Maybe I'm wrong. The thing is, when using other brands, or rather: using B complex produced by other companies, after consuming it, I've felt the blood start to circulate throughout my face. I feel my face burning a little (because a lot of blood is reaching my head or face). That has happened to me when consuming B complex from other brands. Also, when urinating, I notice the smell of the vitamin, and I see the yellowish (almost fluorescent) color in the urine. None of that happens when I consume this vitamin distributed by Amazon (Amazon Essential/Element brand). Even so, I know that when consuming this Amazon brand, I am consuming real B complex. Because I usually take it when my immune system is weak, and these Amazon B complex pills help me strengthen it. I perceive that too. And it's not a placebo effect. I know it! In my opinion: it's not as strong or concentrated as other brands. ... show more
