Scam
Scam . Not a Pro Max it’s the Pro meaning the small one . The subscription doesn’t work it cancelled off my account and I’m not rebuying another one. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.

Flawless phone
Beautiful phone! Works flawlessly only problem it that Amazon made a bundle with case and screen protectors and neither of those items are for the phone. The case and the screen protectors are way too small for this size phone. So essentially I paid for two items I didn’t even want… luckily others I know needed a screen and case for there phone. ... show more

great phone, horrible service
phone is great and i got it for a very good price. but the subscription service is grotesque. it came with a pin and security question set in my name which i havent set, its impossible to make any changes on your account because you dont have your pin and you cant receive text messages from cricket to set a new one!! you can receive other text messages but not from cricket for whatever reason. i cancelled the subscription and got a new service from cricket which i ported my number from my previous carrier. ... show more

Beyond Satisfied! Beyond Satisfied!

There was an issue but it was resolved very quickly. I hope they checked future products because mines was sent with a Pro Max barcode on the plastic but if you read the box itself it reads Pro. Customer service was very helpful in helping me with my replacement it shipped and delivered in one day. This new iPhone didn’t seem to cost so much anymore once I’m allowed to make monthly installments on it I’m very happy about that promotion so I definitely took advantage of it, very blessed! I also liked the Cricket promotion I basically save 5$ a month now going thru Amazon so I’m very pleased! Thank you! ... show more
