2.5 -In the page description there is a picture of a jewelry box that supposedly the earrings arrive in. When I received my earrings they were in a plastic bag slightly bent, likely because of how they were shipped. I have seen other reviews/pictures with this same problem and that seems to be consistent. I would have returned them if the ends were badly bent but I was able to straighten them.
