I've had varied amounts of time for charges to show up on my account. It was 10 days this time. It's usually over a week. Not convenient. The flats of one flavor alone seem to have lower quality food than the boxed mixed flavor. Especially the beef. There's a fine sawdust-like residue in my cats' bowls after they're empty, even in the mixed boxes. The quality is definitely getting worse. Time to start researching for a new wet food again. Previous review: Low stars because of broken seals on half of the cans (salmon) in the flat. Contacted seller (Amazon). This cat food seemed like a good product for the money, and to my eyes and nose, it looked and smelled good. But for two days, my cat refused to eat it. (Yes, the second day was a fresh can.) But strays were happy to eat it. My cat will eat Purina Friskies pate and even the shreds, but not the meaty bits. So the product may be suitable for less finicky cats. We have two 9-month old American short-haired kitten-cat littermates who came to us 3 months ago, having been raised on Fancy Feast wet and Blue Buffalo dry kitten food. They were fond of licking the juice/gravy off the gravy-style Fancy Feast and leaving the processed "meaty" bits. They were leaving 80% of the pate variety FF untouched. So, after reading the reviews and drooling over the low price, I gave this a try. Both cats devour this pate variety food as soon as the dish hits the floor. Not sure what's going on with this brand. My 2 like this way better than Fancy feast and now the beef (the flavor they eat consistently) has been unavailable since November 1st and no answer from Amazon as to whether they are getting rid of this or anything just their "AI Dufus" suggesting more expensive brands .
