Considering this is my first time buying and brewing my own tea, black tea especially, I think it's fine. There's a good consistent flavor, it gives me a good caffeinated uplift without a jitter. My intent of trying black tea was to kind of taper off coffee a little bit, so I put a little bit of honey in it and voila. I've only had one string break off of a tea bag, but the bag didn't open so no big deal. That can be quite the recovery sometimes. Really great for the price I think. The flavor of the tea is really good. My biggest problem is the packaging-- first and foremost, every tea bag is wrapped in an individual plastic envelope. I give it 1 star because there was actually tea in the bags. That's it. I made a cup and noticed tea leaves in the water. I buy bags because I don't want tea leaves in the water. I noticed then that the plastic bag it came in was full of leaves. I got another bag and it was the same thing. They were all full of loose leaves. Several of the plastic bags were cut along the side - I don't know if that was a feature or not, as I have never seen, in decades of buying tea of all types from all kinds of places, tea in plastic bags.
