It's worked flawlessly so far. Cheap and good is a rare combination. It's small, but I have a large hand and it's OK. It's not caused any hand pain like I've experienced with some mouse styles. My work is about drawing lines with specific measurements and only this mouse helped control it (after the wired mouse) I chose it wireless cause I wanted less cables on my desk. I didn't know this one had an on-off button like I had before from other brands, I thought it was one that turns off by itself, but I think I'll keep it anyway. I'm tired of having only one mouse for two of my laptop PCs, and to switch and alternate between the two, so this mouse could be used for my other computer, while another one will be for my third computer. Six years of use out of mine at work! Just today the left clicker started to work inconsistently. Ordered another. Edit: turns out something must have been under the left clicker. Mashed it a few times and now works fine again. Guess I'll have a spare on stand by.

I hated my e yooso mouse that had too many functions on it I just found myself hitting the back button all too often with the side button. If you just want mouse that works and is under 10 bucks, get this. As for size it is medium, but works better than other similar size mouse I've had.
