Battery life very long. I liked that this was basically a plug and play from out of the box. Extremely simple setup, although it is not immediately obvious that the usb connection is INSIDE the mouse (you take it out/ connect to computer). Great product!

This is a great basic mouse. I personally prefer the microsoft mice and have been getting them for years, but saw this one and decided to give it a try. I love the weight, size, and reliability of it. It works well, and is easy to install/setup. That said, I did notice some very (almost indiscernible) drag that I didn't like. I wound up buying my old standby Microsoft mouse which works so well, even on my mac. That said, I did keep the Amazon Basics mouse as a solid backup. So if you're not THAT picky about your mice (I admittedly am quite picky), this is a great buy. If you are, and you want an affordable backup or secondary mouse, this is a solid buy. If you are comparing between the two and like me have used a Microsoft mouse in the past, you will probably want to stick with that brand. ... show more

My wife uses this for hours every day and she is rather rough on it but it still works great. Only complaint is that it's a bugger to change the AAA batteries, they don't come out easily and I need something pointy like a small screwdriver to get them loose.
