These pads are great for light to medium flows. They stick to the panties very well, and they don't shuffle around to much. The pad does have to be changed more often than other leading brands. I'd say every hour and a half to two hours is the longevity of the pads. If you have sudden rushes of flow, you may bleed out of the pad, so be cautious. Great price for this quality. It is slightly less absorbent than the big brands you would find at your supermarket. But I am not about to pay more than double this price just for that bit more of absorbency. Highly recommended.
