I keep getting these and the matching ones with a bar. They look great in my closet and save a ton of space since they're thin. I like this shape as it better fits the shoulders of my shirts and doesn't stretch out sweaters the way others do. I like that I can twist them around, too. I've had a few of the metal hooks crack off but not many--mostly while moving or if I accidentally step on it/exert force the wrong way. I haven't noticed any velvet shedding or transferring color even when I use them while steaming clothes for wear, but some of them do pick up a bit of lint or fuzz. Not a serious issue and probably would be easy to clean off if I bothered.

I like these hangers. They're thin, sturdy, and pretty. Best of all, the heads swivel. I'm a very particular person when it comes to my clothes. I like them all to be facing one direction. So when my fiancee used to hang my shirts backwards the opposite direction, I would take them off and re hang them. With these, I can just turn the heads. One thing, I don't like so much about them, is the felt like material that allows the clothes to be held onto the hanger, also makes it difficult to put a shirt on it. I guess this is an inevitable effect. It's not the biggest deal, it's just a minor nuisance. So I won't deduct a star. Overall, really good value for your money. Would recommend.

Pros: clothes don't slip thin profile, as thin wire hangers, but studier, so more clothes fit on a rail than standard plastic or wood hangers doesn't create large "peaks" on shoulders of shirts clothes don't slide off hangers Cons: slightly more difficult to put clothes on and take off hangers. These hangers are much nicer than any standard plastic or wire hanger I've ever used. They are not as sturdy as quality wood hangers but take up much less profile space, so more clothes fit in the same space. Since the "body" of the hanger is covered with felt, clothes don't slide off and get misplaced in the bottom of the closet. I feel the only negative thing is that it is slightly difficult to take clothes off a hanger and much more difficult to put on a hanger. The felt has increased friction on the fabric, making it difficult to keep the article smooth and wrinkle free.

These do just what they say they will do! I was looking for these exact shaped hangers and couldn't find them in any local stores. Stores do carry felt hangers but when i found them they were combined with the ones that hang pants or they only carried the pants ones. And I just wanted these! You get a lot! They are wonderfully thin so they help streamline the clothes hanging in your closet. While they are thin, they are not weak They can hold a hefty sweater without bending. The felt coating keeps even silky clothes from sliding off the hanger. I like this black color because it is neutral and doesn't add to the busyness of the closet. I was feeling more organized converting my closet to these, so after I had purchase one set I came back to get another!

You can see the difference in the photos from the ugly plastic hangers I have. It definitely gives your closet a clean sophisticated look. I love them and the color. I got the blush pink/gold and the price can’t beat that. They were slightly difficult to put in the clothes but they are velvet so obviously. I love the color and the fact that I have some clothes that would fall all the time and now they won’t! Don’t hesitate buy them!!!! I ordered 2 of the 50 pack because I have a lot of clothes. Will be buying more in the future

I really like the hangers because they hold the clothes better than the plastic ones do, these are the most inexpensive ones at the time of me reviewing this and I'd say they look and work just as well as the other ones I had on hand beforehand.
