Recently at my job they installed water machines that use a variety of filter media including coconut husks. Don't ask me how that works but my city had the worst tasting water I've ever experienced and these machines make it taste great! When I saw that these Amazon filters use coconut husks to I had to order them. What a great price and the water tastes much better than the more expensive filters I've tried.
