These are exactly what you'd expect from an AmazonBasics picture frame: an attractive-looking frame that's about mid-tier quality at a great price. These are not museum quality frames, but that's not what you need most of the time for hanging everyday family photos in the hallway; these will showcase an 8x10 or a 5x7 with the included mat. The frame color is a straightforward white, and the back has much nicer hanging hardware than a lot of options available in this price range with two zigzag hangers and six rotating tabs held on with actual screws. If I had any criticism, it would be the mat - it's perfectly attractive but if you get really up close the bevel around the photo is a little uneven. Again, this isn't something anyone would ever actually complain about in real life - but this is something for your everyday comiccon art or for your family photos, not for a museum quality heirloom. But you knew that already from the price. I tried several brands of frames from Vine, and these were far and away the best, I think. I think going with AmazonBasics is the safe choice here.

These frames are typical of good quality economy models you find in craft stores. They are packed well for shipping. They can be hung on a wall or placed on a tabletop. The wood finish is attractive. The included mat is on the thin side but is perfectly decent. The hardware is solid and should last. If you are looking for economy frames that are well made, these will do.

These Amazon Basics photo frames are simple but functional. They are inexpensive, but the glass will not protect from UV rays/ light damage, and the paper mats are not advertised as being acid-free. I would not display anything irreplaceable in these, but they work if you just want a frame that looks fine. The frames were well packed and arrived intact.

I've got a huge wall of cat art, these frames were perfect for some prints I got. These frames are well made, the corners are all sharp and match up well. They have real glass and arrived in perfect condition. The option for a 5x7 mat is nice, I didn't need them for my prints but it makes the frames more versatile. The back closures are very easy to turn, they don't press in tightly like some so if you were framing something that doesn't fill the entire frame I imagine it would move around if not secured with some kind of adhesive. There are the option of horizontal and vertical hangers, plus a stand for a table. The gold color I chose has a true metal look even though it is painted wood, at first I really thought it was painted aluminum, really nice finish. Overall these are a fantastic value, they have all the features I would want in a frame like this, I highly recommend.

I got the gold frames. They are very nice looking and not highly reflective. They have a textured surface which cuts down on reflection. I mention this because the picture makes them look rather dull. They are metallic looking, but not dull. Exactly what I wanted. They can be used for either 8x10 or matted 5x7 pictures. The glass is not UV coated, so you may not want to display them in an area with bright sunlight shining on them as they will not protect the pictures from fading. The packing is very well done. They are well cushioned for shipping and placed face to face inside the box so that the glass is far from the outside of the box. These are very nice budget frames. Just don't expect premium features. Nor are you paying for that. So they are a good value.

Cheap picture frames are hit or miss. Most of them are awful. So, I was a bit skeptical of these for the price. But, I figured I would give them a try, since they match my decor very well. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. These are very sturdy and nicely built. The wood looks great, does not look at all fake. They look awesome against my light gray painted walls. I will likely be purchasing more of these frames in the future. They are awesome and I highly recommend them if they match your decor!
