I cannot love this suitcase enough. I’ve had it for 6 years now and I travel for work about every 2 weeks. This suitcase has been everywhere with me. It has held up extremely well. The handle is strong (holds my work backpack). The wheels are large and roll well. It easily fits in overhead bins. It fits everything I need for a week. The top and bottom are separated allowing me to keep things like shoes away from my clothes. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It works best for carry on. I have checked it before, but baggage handling can be rough on the exterior. I highly recommend this bag and will buy again if my current one ever fails me, but so far it is in great shape.

This suitcase has great maneuverability -- the four wheels spin easily, and make going through big airports and walking on sidewalks really easy with no strain on my wrists (such an improvement over my former two-wheel bag). The red color is really attractive and stands out at baggage claim (although it did get a bit scuffed up after just two airline trips). I got the medium size so that I could pack enough for a two-week trip -- it's too big to carry on to a plane, but I always have to check a bag anyway because of the liquids limit. Overall, I think this suitcase is a great value for the price. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism (which was one of the main reasons I picked this model) broke after just one trip. Fortunately, Amazon customer service came through with a replacement free of charge, so hopefully this new one will prove to be more durable. If not, I'll have to update this review!

Great Bag for the price. A lot of great reviews for this bag so I'm not going to bore you with all the same facts. 1st point- all the negative reviews about the 24" size of this bag not being inaccurate are FALSE. Dimensions are clearly listed under "Product Description" if you take the time to read it. 2nd point- The TSA locks on the 2 bags we purchased failed the 1st trip we took with them. Coming back from Hawaii TSA chose to inspect our bags & broke the locks. I don't know if this is because the locks were defective or if TSA did not open them properly. Anyone who travels on a regular basis knows the TSA is notorious for being brutal on luggage & they couldn't care less if they damage a latch or zipper during inspection and you have ZERO recourse in dealing with them. WITH THAT SAID, this is still a great bag for the price. This is why we chose to have Amazon replace the 2 bags instead of returning for refund which they did Promptly & without question. THANK YOU AMAZON!!! In the future I will use the small TSA paddle locks that we also bought from Amazon instead of the built in ones. They have never failed.

Broke first trip I took it on. Of course I got back two weeks after the return window. The wheel snapped off first trip through the airport and that’s a pretty big deal if you’ve ever tried to deal with a suit case this size with 3 wheels. Not good quality.

I needed a small suitcase with wheels that had a chance of fitting in the overhead bins of a CRJ and after reading the reviews found this one in black. In terms of looks and functionality it is perfect. I was able to stash three days of business clothes (two extra pairs of shoes), my laptop AND a projector. For a three flights out and three flights back with tight connections I did not want to "wing check" for the one critical CRJ flight. So, with a purse and this small carry-on I headed out. I still cannot answer the question of whether it will fit in the CRJ overhead bin as there was an equipment change on the CRJ flight to a larger jet. I like the clamshell opening, the lock and handle. For steering across airport/hotel carpeting, it rolls easily on two wheels. On concrete and hard surfaces it really moves without effort upright on four wheels. I have already used it again for a quick weekend trip and it will be my go-to luggage for short jaunts. I am a suitcase-junkie and still so glad I bought it.
