we have had this for 3 years got it for grand daughter when she stays for the weekend great quality, comfy will sink far if over 180lbs. warning: it will sweat so make sure you have some kind of breathable pad beneath it9we took a wooden palate covered it with felt on the solid lines and left open some holes and made a raised platform for it and when she isnt using it we stand it up to breath. It needs a inner liner to hold all the foam squares so they can be removed so you can wash the out side cover! if it gets wet it will take forever to dry even with a high powered fan on it. so be very careful. We ended up taking out alllll the foam blocks to dry them so no mold could grow.

Very comfortable! Big enough my husband and I can lay on it together. It gets a little flat after we lay on it, but we just fold it over to fluff it up and then it is like new! A little difficult to unpack; gets a workout in breaking up the foam!

Overall, this Amazon Basics Large Bean Bag Chair delivers incredible comfort and size. It lives up to its "large" name—it's big, heavy, and incredibly comfortable to sink into for reading or watching a movie. The memory foam filling offers great support, making it far superior to traditional bead-filled bags. However, after a few months of use, I have two significant issues that keep this from being a 5-star product. First, the filling quickly settles, meaning constant fluffing and reshaping is required to keep it full and plush. This is a bit of a workout! Second, the design makes cleaning the cover a major hassle. While the outer shell zips off, you cannot simply unzip it for washing without exposing the internal memory foam chunks. If you attempt to wash the cover, you risk having the internal bits spill out and make a huge, overwhelming mess. This lack of an easy, mess-free liner makes long-term maintenance frustrating. It's a fantastic, cozy seating option, but potential buyers should be aware of the maintenance and cleaning challenges before purchasing.

This thing is AMAZING!! But it is very big, heavy and not easy to move. It has chopped/shredded pieces of memory foam inside, some seem to be coated in plastic. It was actually too stuffed for my liking so I unzipped it and got rid of 4 trash bags of the filling. It needs to be flipped and fluffed a few times a week as the more it’s used the flatter it gets in certain spots. My kid loves it and I love it. Great price for what you get.

For starters, this product (at first) was everything as advertised. Extremely comfy, form fitted to my position within a week….but then….. My wife plopped on the bag somewhat hard, and the lining of the zipper popped (Zipper is very frail, almost as weak as a ziplock bag, DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON IT AT ALL. ) With a team effort, we were able to get the zipper all the way down and back sealed. There was also no handle of the zipper so we had to find a part clip on.) About a month into having it, I rolled over and the zipper popped again, this time it was actually busted, not fixable, and the billions of recycled memory fibers went out. Due to the slit for the zipper being unnecessarily long, once this occurs, you are left with the mess you see in the photo I left. You have to fully open the slit to begin to reseal it, so imagine the zipper slit, being the entire length of the chair, this leaves the freely placed microfiber foams pouring out. If 2 or more people are present, you can hold some of it shut while re-establishing the zipper. Amazon was kind enough to send me a replacement, to which i accepted, and will be manually sowing permanently shut before use, (it is that comfy). However, the clean up has been 5 hours so far, and we are almost to the point where we can vacuum, we have filled 35 trash bags. I can’t think of a more obnoxious prank you could pull on somebody, even if that was the intent. Sell somebody $150 comfy bean bag chair. We can make the zipper on it super fragile, and longer than the chair is, so when it busts open, the billions of tiny foam pieces will expand and they will never be able to close it back up. I rarely write reviews, good or bad, this has me ENRAGED.

I am really glad I bought this chair over the more expensive ones offered on Amazon. It is huge, comfy, and very affordable. It is well made and as long as you READ and FOLLOW the directions that come with it, you will have no problems setting it up. Yes, it took a couple days for it to expand but it was fun watching it get bigger and bigger. I don’t agree with some of the reviews saying theirs is “hard” and “sharp”, I don’t see how millions of pieces of foam padding could be hard or sharp. Breaking up the foam was a little tough, but that would be with any bean bag like this that would be shipped in the mail, unless you bought one that was already broken up. Overall, I highly recommend this chair. My 3 children love it and so do my 2 dogs.

The media could not be loaded. We all love this, the kids are fussing over who’s been in it the longest!! I’m currently buying two more.. it took about three days for it to fully expand. There’s no strange smell to it, already had to wipe chocolate off and it came right off.

.. so it's very comfortable. It's very heavy. There's no way to wash it because there is no inner lining to remove the memory foam just an outer microfiber fabric with a zipper if you open it your life will be hell. The memory foam is very fragmented. Just having the kids sleep on it for one night the fragrance of the kids is stuck on there and there's no way to really wash it off. I just Febreze the hell out of it. I don't know I guess I'll have to figure out a way of getting a new cover without letting the inner stuff Escape. If it was just shredded and and not micro particles inside it wouldn't be so bad but I am a little hesitant and don't think I would ever buy this particular brand again. I just don't understand why there's no inner lining the encapsulate the shredded material. It stinks like hell just after the dog sits on it or anything it just reverberates any odors.
