  • Use your own adhesive and it’s great!
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
Perfect size for my home office. Adhesion could have been better. I ended up using 3M Velcro strips so that the wall isn’t totally destroyed afterwards. Overall this is great! Plenty of room for notes and to pin up important things. I would recommend this to all of us working from home.

  • Adhesive strips not the best
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
The board arrived with a small dent in the metal border; for my application that's not a problem but may be for other folks. As others have noted the adhesive strips included with the board are not terrific; I used "large" size velcro Command Strips (purchased separately), two on each side for a total of eight. This made for a really solid installation. There's a small marker holder glued to the top rail that holds the included marker. I removed this in order to have a uniform surface for the Command Strips. The marker has a magnet ingrained in the design so it can stick to the whiteboard w/o needing a separate holder. The corkboard side works well and the particle board backing keeps the pins from easily penetrating through to the wall. However, the cork is not of the thickest material and not 'self healing' and, given enough usage, would become "more holes than board" and require replacement. Again, for my usage this isn't a problem but YMMV. The whiteboard / magnetic side also works well - the two included magnets are a bit on the weak side so I'm using my own magnets purchased elsewhere. A nice addition to my home office (even with the blemish in the metal frame) and solves a problem of "where do I put paper that I need to address in the near future". HTH Regards, Jim ... show more

  • Double-sided tape is not an acceptable hanging solution
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
Tape failed after one week. The board fell off, won't adhere anymore AND I have to try to get the remaining tape off of my drywall. The board has no attachment points for screws or nails. As soon as I opened the package and saw the double-sided tape as the only mounting option, I knew it was going to be a big problem. Double-side tape is not/not an acceptable long-term hanging solution for drywall. In many cases, it can last a year or more if it's of high quality (e.g. 3M) but, even then, it will release it's hold on drywall over time. Given that quality double-sided tape is only a temporary solution, I knew there were slim chances the cheap Chinese knockoff tape was going to last long at all. Against my better judgement, I decided to try it anyway after reading numerous positive reviews and hoping somehow they had sourced really good tape and I'd have no issues. I cleaned both surfaces (drywall/board), let dry, and mounted the board up behind my desk. One week later it fell down with most of the tape still stuck to the drywall, mostly losing hold on board side. Great, so now I've got to waste my time prying fresh tape off of my drywall without too much damage and fabricating mounts so I can fasten this correctly with screws. Nice way to waste a few hours over a cheap <$20 dry erase board. Is it really hard for people to drive two small nails into the drywall to mount these? It takes no time at all and only leaves two small pinholes in the drywall if you decide to remove it, instead of large patches of tape ruining the paint. If people are mounting these to smooth surfaces, let them purchase their own 3M tape at the store and at least they'll have a much stronger and long lasting bond (again, bad idea because part of this is cork board which will release onto the tape but I digress). Also, to add insult to injury: The board arrived damaged with a solid dent in the aluminum bezel. What a POS. ... show more

  • Buy it
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
It's great quality for your money. I got exactly what I wanted great size. I paired it with a wall calendar for optimal organization. Only complaint is the adhesive stickers meant to hold it. It fell the first night but I used commando strips and it's perfect

  • The adhesion stuck to the wall but not the board
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
I'm not sure if I did something wrong...I wiped down everything before sticking it to the wall but it fell off within 24 hours. Doesn't want to stick to the board. I put it back on 2 more times and both times it fell off by the end of the day. Getting some other adhesives from Walmart to try out. Will update results. I LOVE THE BOARD THOUGH!! It's a perfect size and I love that it came with some magnets, pins, and a dry erase pen, and that it has a cork side to it. Just the adhesion was not in my favor :-) ... show more

  • Impossible to Hang on Wall
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
The whiteboard comes with adhesives to stick to the wall, and there's no other option to use any other kind of mounting system. The adhesives stick to wall paint like a command hook, then don't hold the weight of the board (it kept falling down after about a week). Each time it fell it would pull some paint off the wall. Tried drilling or using tacks for a wire/string hanging system- doesn't work because the frame and back are metal and don't let you drill or pin anything into them. Tried ordering actual command hooks- stuck them on the back of the board. The board's frame has a tiny lip that sticks out just a few millimeters beyond the back of the board, so the command hooks also don't work (you need several command hooks to be safe holding the weight of the board). The dry erase and tack board portion of the product are great- surface handles the marker well and the cork board is good. But if you can't hang this thing then it's pointless. I had it sitting against the wall on the floor with notes/stickies/etc until I could get a replacement ordered. Needs a re-design. And my paint job is messed up. For $15 I guess I got what I paid for? ... show more

  • Nice cork/white board combo for the money
Size: 1-Pack Configuration: Aluminum+ Plastic frame
It's doing what I wanted it to do, so 5 stars for that. I took off one star because the two magnets they provided were very weak ceramic magnets - I pried those out and super-glued some neodymium magnets inside instead. Also, I didn't use their mounting strips because I wanted to avoid wrecking the wall if I wanted to move it. So I used some 3M command strips instead. It might be a little unfair to ding a star for weak magnets and mounting strips I didn't want to use, but there it is. I'm happy with the board and think it was a very good value for the money. ... show more
