Love this little cart. The one I purchased was “used like new” but it was a good discount so I pulled the trigger on it. After reading the bad reviews I was a little concerned about what kind of shape it would be in when it arrived. It took 5 days to receive it. The box looked like it had been shipped via The Pony Express. It was bad. To my surprise, the parts were all perfect and in pristine condition. I laid out all the pieces and checked everything to ensure that all the pieces were there. And there are A LOT of pieces. Assembly took about two hours. I am a 50 year old semi handy woman. Nothing about the assembly was difficult. It was just tedious. The directions are pictorial but easy to understand. TAKE YOUR TIME. Don’t get in a rush. The pieces are all labeled with these little stickers that are difficult to remove once the thing is together. That was a little annoying to me. but not a dealbreaker. It’s made of real wood and the top was extremely dry, so I put some beeswax oil it, and it looks great! The drawer works perfectly too. No issues with that as some of the other reviews have mentioned. All in all it’s a great piece and a good value!

I had to move into an apartment after selling my house with a huge gourmet kitchen (down sizing). Apartments don’t have a lot of counter space. Looking around I needed something that wasn’t costly, durable and the right size. This cart is perfect! After two months of use, making it through the holidays it was fabulous. It is easy to move when you have to clean but heavy enough it doesn’t scoot to much. Sturdy but lightweight. The drawer is small enough for knives and cutting board storage. Sometimes the drawer pulls the cart (heavy items inside) but not a deal breaker in my book (push it back the half inch it moved). The counter top is perfect size to knead bread, cute fruit, ice a cake, set food out for a small salad bar, etc. Would recommend to anybody not wanting to spend a lot of money for extra space. I also love the shelves below. I bought colorful bins to label for extra storage in my tiny kitchen.

Overall this is a good piece for the money (especially on sale). Installation was pretty easy. I didn't even need the instructions. Cams, dowels and furniture bolts. No spare parts in mine, so just be careful. And the wrench for tightening the casters was not the right size so mine are just hand tightened. Also hated the quasi-blister-pack for the parts. Drawer is mediocre. Just a dado and wood runners. The runners could have been a LOT longer and the stops that keep it from pulling all the way out (just dowels sticking out of holes) could be moved to at least make the other HALF of the drawer accessible. Handle isn't attached...just a notched dowel loosely fitted between two holes. BUT, despite this it's a solid piece and I'd buy it again. Seems sturdy and looks nice.

We bought this cart to use as a snack bar for movie nights. It’s sturdy. The top was easy to drill through to mount our candy dispensers on, yet stout enough to keep them secure. The surface area fits our popcorn maker perfectly. The handle doubles as a paper towel rack. It has wheels so we can move it if we have to clean or rearrange the living room. If I had to suggest anything to the manufacturer, it would be to allow the drawer to be installed on either side of the cart. But that’s not enough over an issue to lower a full star. If I was being super critical, I’d take off .2 stars. But I can’t, so it’s getting all five stars. Overall: great product!! 4.8 stars.

This is a good size for what I need it for. Just a little more work space and some storage. It's attractive and relatively easy to put together (my Mr. had it done in about an hour, maybe less). The drawers slides easily (if not careful the drawer will slide out completely. You don't need to pull hard) and holds all 101 of my cookie cutters. The wood counter top has more of a yellow look to it than I would prefer, but not a big deal. Also the counter top is not as strong as I'm used to. It got dinged up just smacking chocolate chips on it. My bad. Now I know better. But still you'd have thought I took hammer to it. Anywho, I'm overall pleased with it.

This was a booger to put together, but I plugged away and did it. So glad I did! I have my microwave on top, my stand mixer on one of the shelves, and other electrics on the other shelf. The drawer is the icing on the cart cake. It's super easy to move, with the handle doubling as a cloth hanger. The handle, btw, is pvc, so it won't warp. I sometimes use it to hang plastic grocery bags on a hanger for ease of access.

I will keep because shipping back will be too much trouble after unpacking. It looked good at first. Was going together well. I found a hole drilled off about 1/8 inch. I decided I could fix that. I took advantage of a lower price on Amazon for a used cart. Unfortunately, they didn't seal the plastic bag with the small parts in it. Only 2 managed to escape, but luckily they were common parts that I could buy at our hardware store. I still saved money getting the "used- good" option. It took me over an hour and a half to put together, but admittedly I'm slow because I read everything twice. I'm a 74-year old grandma, and a person experienced in the art of putting things together could have done it much quicker. It was not difficult. I chose this cart because it was exactly the size I needed. I use it in my laundry room as an island. I keep cleaning rags in the drawer and extra towels on the shelves. (Rub wax on the drawer slides to keep it from sticking.) It's handy for folding clothes or just having a place to put things temporarily when I'm cleaning out the freezer, etc. The top has a satin finish that looks really nice.
