Style: 12 Section Storage
This shelf style was exactly what i was looking for and for a reasonable price. My purpose for the shelf is for toddler toy storage that is used as a play station for my 1 and 3 yr. old. It is the perfect height to allow everything to be accessible for them. I was most drawn to this shelf for its size and it’s material of solid wood! The wood is very nice and well finished. You can see there are a number of pieces of wood seamed together to make the panels. The end panels are solid pieces of wood. The instructions were clear if you are familiar with build yourself furniture. It was a little tedious trying to get all the pieces to stay in place and fit together prior to adding screws. I put it together alone, but would go quickly with 2 people. I also configured the shelves to have two larger spaces in the top section. One of the areas where I had a screw split the wood on the bottom shelf, therefore causing my 4 star review. I only used the hand tool and followed instructions, so I’m unsure why this occurred.

This storage cubby is exactly what I was looking for. I looked for cubbies from many other online sites and the price of this Amazon basics cubby was least by far. It is also very sturdy and was easy to assemble.

It was awkward and It took two people to assemble. It's not as thick and sturdy as I was hoping, but it will definitely work. I ordered two and we stacked them by adding metal straps to the sides to hold them in place. I think hey will work out fine in my classroom.

When I received this it was missing all the hardware and they didn’t have another shelf, or additional hardware to send for replacement. I was offered a substantial discount, but I would’ve preferred to have all the pieces sent. It is a sturdy shelf and perfect height for my 3 year old.

I like it a lot. It was easy to assemble and I can fit a lot of toys in it for my kids homeschool. I especially like that the styrofoam was contained so it didn't make a mess and pose such a hazard to wildlife. It shipped quickly and looks nice. The wood is strong and smooth, much better than Walmart-style particleboard. I like that you can attatch the paper sorter pence also from Amazon.

I love it. Looks great put together. Took my hubby a bit but it was all worth it. I put both in my classroom. I want to order another one but there’s non in stock. 😞 I have more students now and need more cubbies.

Just what I expected. Sturdy and looks good. My only dislike was, it was a pain for one person to put together. Also I had to put soap on the screws to keep from splitting the wood.

This is actually a pretty solid unit. Pain in the butt to put together, especially solo, but it’s sturdy! Happy with this purchase.
