The product was carefully package in a flat box. I am a 62-year -old grandma and managed to assemble it single handedly. All the pieces were good quality,numbered/labeled, and the directions were clearly pictured. All the pieces/holes aligned perfectly; every screw went right into place. It did take me about 4.5 hours to assemble, but I like to follow directions carefully and took my time (water bottle in pic for size comparison). The exhaust fan, microwave, and stove top all light up and make sounds, and the little doors have magnet closures. It's adorable! Now to wait patiently for Christmas; I can't wait to enjoy the imaginative playtimes with my grandsons.

We loved this kitchen set! Its taller than other sets, its sturdy -easy to put together but definitely needs two people. It has many lights and sounds that are already hooked up you just put the batteries in. Fabulous value.

I love all the interactive features. The lights and sounds really engage my daughter, and her favorite part is the “ice machine.” Today we surprised her with it for her 2nd birthday, and I can already see this kitchen will captivate her attention for hours at a time. Assembly was pretty well laid out, but we somehow missed putting one piece in the correct order and had to undo several steps to correct the mistake. Once the whole piece is screwed together, it is very sturdy. We will see as time passes if it will withstand the constant opening and slamming of doors. I assumed the microwave light was supposed to turn on when you open the door, but I’ve had to click the button after opening the door to get it to turn on. For the money I would expect all pieces to be in good shape, but I was disappointed to find one slightly warped corner of a shelf, the front refrigerator door covered in what looks to be finger print stains, and the range scratched up and I’m pretty bad shape. If it weren’t for those imperfections, I would have been able to give this kitchen a 5 star review.

Received the item as a Christmas present and didn’t open for a few weeks because ITS A GIFT! Just got around to putting it together only to receive the item completely broken and the front door scratched. The “return window” has closed (30 days) and now I’m out over $100. I do not recommend this product! 😣

Im more than half way done building the kitchen over an hour of work and when I went to put the battery operated microwave piece in it's not working. Is there any way to get just that piece replaced? I really don't want to have to take this whole entire kitchen apart, but my son is devastated it's not working.

The media could not be loaded. I’m not the review-writing type, but I think this kitchen is so adorable for the little ones. Everything was packaged with care and none of the pieces were damaged in transit (thank goodness). As pictured, there’s a fridge and freezer, and it comes with “ice cubes” for enhanced pretend play. The microwave and burners light up, as does the light over the stove. One of the buttons turns on the pretend exhaust fan, which omg, I never had that in my toy kitchen as a kid. It also comes with adjustable hooks, a pot w/lid, a sauté pan, and two kitchen utensils. All parts that require batteries are included in the packaging (thanks, Amazon!). All in all, it took my about 2.5 hours to assemble, and that’s because my power screwdriver died on me. It’s much easier to assemble with a power screwdriver than manual. Of course all hardware is included as well. The instructions are all pictures, so be sure to pay attention to small details to make your assembly seamless. My little one has already started playing with it and LOVES it. What an awesome Christmas gift (in this case), but a cute and affordable gift for the kid(s) in your life to help expand their imagination.

We bought this kitchen for our 2 year old daughter for Christmas. It was honestly the best gift that we could have bought her. She loves it! It is cute, functional, and made great. It is very sturdy and takes a couple of hours to put together. The only problem we have with it is the missing microwave piece that should make the microwave light up and make noise. The phone was also missing from the set. There was a scratch on the door but honestly that did not bother us. We have tried to reach out and contact the company multiple times through email and the phone number provided. We have not received any response. I would definitely make sure all of the parts are there prior to assembly.
