They're nice looking bins, super easy to assemble, and they didn't smell very strongly of chemicals when opening them for the first time (a rarity with fabric containers, I've found). They're fairly sturdy, but nowhere near sturdy enough to hold paper even half full. They bow and flex and feel like they'll break under that weight. I use these in the IKEA kallax furniture, it's a great, snug fit. They are pretty solidly made, too, not flimsy and so far the stitching and everything is holding up well, and I use them a lot. If you just want to put light stuff, then this box would be perfectly fine. It looks beautiful and can sit on it. However, its cover is shallow, so if the stuff you put inside the box turns out into an irregular shape, then you would not be able to cover the box anymore. To be clear, if your stuff is heavy but they are all square boxes, this box can still be one of your top choices.
