Theses plates are very good, i don’t understand why p compare generic to name brand, make it make since, I got Dixie brand right now and yes dixie is hve a little more sturdier but over all the other plates do the same thing, i put steaks to hamburger helper to full Sunday dinners on them, two pork chops 3/4 whole wings, bake potatoes to a full plate of spaghetti and they really holds up, yes, they do tend to get weak if microwave too long, sometimes i can just pull it out or sometimes I hve to hve a good grip on the plate, they also for light snacks like chips cookies or sandwich, it can be rinsed off and reused. So don’t down these plates because u wanted to pay less and get quality of a name brand, to me to be generic the plates are very high quality to be in the generic category ‼️ ... show more

I was excited to try these as I usually use a name brand. What I found is that while it’s a decent plate it’s not sturdy and on the thinner side. If this is for basic pizza or light foods then I would recommend. However if you’re eating hardy foods (steaks.. anything need to be cut or are heavy) I highly recommend a more sturdy plate. I’d say the target store brand plates are at a comparable price point and more sturdy. ... show more

I like the size of the plates and at great price. The thing I wish they would have to be the thickness of them. I haven’t had any leakage issues, but when you heat up in the microwave, the seem to lose their strength. I feel they are in the thinner side and end up using 2 at a time, most of the time. ... show more
