It's definitely cute and is super soft. Overall, amazing quality. It's not as thick as I was hoping for in a comforter so I still use something under/over it during the winter time. It's a perfect temperature during hot months and even the fall when it's a little chilly. It's lightweight and won't overheat you during the warmer seasons. Only thing I wish it had was a bit more insulation to keep me warmer during the winter. You won't be shivering or freezing with this, but for those who like to be balled up warm under their blankets, this needs a little help in that area! It's easy to wash to. Not too bulky where your washer is struggling. I put this, plus all my bedding in the washer and zero issues.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my son because he gets so hot while sleeping but there are times it’s so cold in his room. The material is nice and soft. I expected it to look like a comforter for a dorm room. It was full of static so I recommend planning ahead and leaving time to wash it before using. The colors weee nice a bright. Sometimes black can be a weird shade. But both sides were nice colors. This is great for people who want a comforter like bead spread year round. I really like how lightweight it is. I feel like it will be one of those blankets that are nice and cool to lay with while the air conditioning is on and warm and comforting when it’s 20 degrees outside. The price was reasonable for a full/queen and it’s definitely big enough for a queen. As long as it washes up nicely I think it’s one of my favorite buys. I may buy another for the Airbnb. I think it’s perfect for everyone.

I don't have high expectations when it comes to products from Amazon Basics unless its from their tech section (cables, wires, etc.), but this was surprising. I am a college student and am always looking to stretch my dollar certain places. I bought a double (size of the mattress) a year ago and was using cheap blankets that eventually started shedding. After cleaning up that mess I ordered this amazing king comforter for my bed. There was no bad odor, discoloration, etc. It was pretty perfect for what my expectations were. And it comes in a nice zipper bag with handles should I need to move and transport it! This comforter is not dense and thick at the same time. It looks thicker because it is fluffy- if that makes sense. It's actually the perfect balance though. There are no clumps of filling in one spot and empty pockets elsewhere. It's all around even and a good amount of filling. Now the quality of the filling. It's not your nice down feather filling like in pricey sleeping bags. But I am the type of sleeper who loves a cool temperature room. Heck, I like the room cold as long as the blanket keeps me warm under the covers. And this does just that. It does not make me sweat (yuck) or leave me wanting. In fact, last night I used it for the first time with my simple bed sheet and actually slept-in by 3 hours this morning! I like how soft and gentle this comforter feels against my skin and face. I live in the central part of California, the temperature in my room gets to 60 degrees at the lowest. I'm a cool temperature sleeper, young guy, and not too big (don't generate much body heat). This kept me cozy and comfortable all night long. I can foresee using this during spring and maybe summer? Maybe. That should give you some idea as to the idea of warmth you can get from this comforter. If you are living in colder areas, this may not be thick enough for you- or have the right filling to trap body heat under the blanket for you. Likewise, if you are a tiny person who can take the cold at all, get something warmer or sleep with sweats on if you decide to buy this anyway. This is a great product A very nice product at a great, great price! Could not find anything more affordable than this at the same level of quality at Costco, Walmart or elsewhere! Plus, having a king comforter for a double was a nice luxury.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased three of these comforters. The weather had warmed up quite a bit for a week or so. Then it turned very cold for another month with lots of rain. I had already washed and put away the winter blankets. It was the smartest purchase I made. My husband used his to sleep with plus keeping him covered on his lazy by. My son lives in the basement and appreciated his too. The twin size is perfect and great to cuddle in. Two tone, dark blue, light blue makes it more flexible. I recommend this product.
