I have a box of rechargeable batteries that my family apparently hates. Because nobody ever charged them. And then, apparently somebody tossed the charger because it was nowhere to be found. I needed a new charger, and this fit the bill. I was concerned it would overcharge the batteries, but so far all have been charged and the charger went green showing it was done. None of the batteries have gotten warm to the touch, and it appears to charge them at a rate that is adequate to keep them cool. As I consider heat the enemy to all things electronic, including batteries, this is good. My only conplaint is that it will only charge a pair of batteries at a time, not a single. Other than that, I'm well pelased. So far this thing has worked really well, and has been a reasonably priced replacement for my other charger (which initially cost more than twice as much as this did). ... show more

    • Worth it to recharge your batteries
This works great, i bought this for my blink door bell batteries because i was sick of buying new ones all the time. It’s very convenient to have rechargeable batteries and a charger for them. The charger just plus into the outlet and chargers pretty fast. Works great.

    • Great for Solar Powered Light Batteires
If you are in a Wooded area, Solar Powered Light Posts will not get that much Light. Mine are supposed to get 8 Hours, but due to Trees everywhere, they would only last 3-4 Hours. With a Charger, it gets the full 8 Hours, or in my case, since I got extra Batteries that were double the Capacity, they work all Night. Only thing is, you can not Charge 1 Battery alone. Must be 2 at a time, on the left 2 or right 2 Slots together. So I had to set up a 2nd Solar Light Post. But at least it will work all Night now if the Power goes out. Does not take that long to charge the Batteries, and they last all Night long with this Charger. ... show more

    • Works with recharging my Ni-MH batteries.
So far, it has worked nicely with recharging my NI-MH AA & AAA batteries. The instructions were easy to understand. The USB device charger is useful when the batteries have finished charging. Only limitation is that it has to charge even quantities of batteries, not odd quantities.
